Replaced my Mitsubishi MC900, HD65 plus is truly amazing product. We use it with Blue-Ray player with a 70" projector screen in our covered patio. The package comes with a backpack and we used it to carry the projector to our friends house to watch superbowl. The projector produced jaw dropping image. Needless to say, they plan to buy the Optima too. I don't think we will ever go back to our 42" plasma tv :)!!
Cons: The zoom range seems to be low. Overall, it is a great projector.

By Marc Yu
This projector does 1080p (Blu-ray), 1080i (HDTV), 720p, etc. It does not have an audio speaker built-in, so you'll have to use an AV receiver that has its own speaker system. It has only 1 HDMI port, which I put my Playstation 3 Blu-ray player on. It has component, also, so I stick my DirecTV HD receiver on that port (component will do up to 1080i, which is HDTV's highest resolution, but it will not take 1080p on the component port). Also has a VGA port (no DVI), which takes 1080p, but it's analog. Had it for 3 years now, and it's still on the same lamp, even as my primary TV/monitor. Comes with a remote that's backlit. Overall, a good projector, but the newer model, the HD66 is 3D capable and has 900 more ANSI lumens (2500) and currently costs $30 LESS than this model.

By Ameet Jayawant
I bought this projector last November and I absolutely love it. It is only 720p but on a 70 inch screen it kicks a**. I will only play my XBox/Kinect on my 70 inch screen now with this projector !!
BTW, what good are the speakers with this product. The projector does not have an audio out!! And if you use an XBox, then it does not have an audio out either.
