The TX779P-3D also incorporates energy and money-saving features including sub-1 watt standby mode-to help capture cost savings.

The Optoma TX779P-3D brings together built-for-business features that include high brightness and support for remote management. Remotely monitor, manage and control the Optoma TX779P-3D over the network via the integrated RJ45 Crestron RoomView user-friendly interface.
The projector comes with an IR remote that includes a laser pointer, to support presentations. Meanwhile, a 3-Watt audio speaker provides robust sound capabilities.
The TX779P-3D is designed to connect readily with popular input and output devices including DVI, HDMI and VGA.
Expand Training Boundaries With 3D Technology
The 3D-capable TX779P-3D is ready to deliver the full impact of an array of 3D content being created for educators and business presenters. The projector accepts 120Hz frame sequential 3D for resolutions up to 720p when projecting content delivered from a PC. Meanwhile, when paired with Optoma's 3D-XL converter box, the TX779P-3D can deliver 3D content from Blu-ray players, satellite television, gaming consoles and more.
As with all 3D displays, a 3D source (such as a 3D Blu-ray player or gaming system or PC), 3D content and 3D glasses are required for 3D viewing.
State-of-the-Art DLP Technology
Projectors with Texas Instrument's DLP with BrilliantColor technology feature multi-color processing to produce accurate and vibrant colors on the screen. The TX779P-3D multi-color processing system features a five-segment color wheel coated with an advanced material that achieves superb color saturation and accuracy for extraordinary image quality. In addition, high native contrast ratios ensure clean and crisp black and white to ensure that text and charts are easy to read.
Lower Cost of Ownership
The projection lamp is rated to last up to 3000 hours in standard mode or 2000 hours in bright mode to provide long-lasting performance. The TX779P-3D also incorporates a rapid shutdown feature that further reduces ownership costs. A three-year Optoma Express Replacement Service warranty, with one-year lamp coverage, is standard.

We had been a loyal user of another (and pricier) brand. Due to budget concerns I broke years of staying with the brand to switch to Optoma. It is incredibly bright, feature-rich and hand-down the best value for the money purchase we've made in a long time. Loved it so much, just ordered a second unit. Look forward to putting it into service.
