Before I got this I did a lot of research as I needed this purely to hook up to a PS3, and all I can say is WOW. It was set up in 5 minutes and the quality is mind blowing - It doesn't have sound but I used the composite cable to connect it to an amp and that was easy enough. I've set it up in a converted garage (imagine the size), the projector is ¾ of the way down the room and it covers the whole wall 95". For me this is better value than a big TV and I'm guessing I could plug a Freeview or sky box if I wanted to.
It takes gaming into a different league and playing movies through the PS3 is equality as impressive.
One small issue but this is praise rather than a criticism. The first projector had a small fault it, intermittent white lines. I reported this to amazon and within 36 hours I had a replacement. Great service...
I'd give this more stars if I could.

This is an outstanding piece of kit. I connected it up in my new basement cinema room and connected a Blu ay player showing Avatar.WOW!!!!!!!! filled the wall approx 3.5m across with HD brilliance. Everyone who has seen it has said "wow I want one of those in my house". I also feed HD TV from two sky boxes into the projector and an HDMI matrix , can't wait for the next Grand Prix. The projector is easy to adjust for keystone, position of projector , brightness, and image format etc. Not needed to get into the more esoteric adjustments yet. Compared with the price of a large plasma TV this seems very cheap!

Having experienced many different projectors in my lecture presentations, and having found them to be of variable quality and temperamental in operation, I went by previous reviews to buy this one for myself. And I'm very pleased that I did.
The projector provides countless on-screen menus for making fine adjustments to the image, but straight out of the box it gave such a bright and crystal-clear image, with colors indistinguishable from the original source, that there seemed little point in fiddling around with other options. Plugged straight into a laptop via the supplied cable, it immediately found the source and configured itself accordingly. The DLP technology is far superior to earlier systems, and the quality exceeded other projectors I'd used costing ten times as much. The C7 is certainly a landmark in the production of projection equipment, making high quality available at a cost that is acceptable to the domestic user.
