I purchased this product and went to look for warrantee information and customer service information only to learn that there are numerous complaints with this company.
It appears that Palladium is a front for some illegitimate activities and these same products are being sold out of cars in parking lots across the country. When I researched the product I learned that there were numerous scam alerts on the internet because the company had no address, no telephone number, no warrantee information and no customer service center. The product claims to be worth $5000 however it is being sold on several nefarious locations for dirt cheap. I notice all attempts of me trying to warn others about this has been unsuccessful because my reviews were deleted. I have been honest and of course never use inappropriate language, my only message is buyer beware.
